Celebration Choir
The Celebration Choir is the center of the Worship Ministry here at FBCR. There is nothing that can compare to a large and dynamic choir made up of people that love to sing and praise the Lord through song. This choir leads our church in worship every Sunday morning and at other special events and services throughout the year. We are always seeking new choir members! Tuesday night choir rehearsals are always open to visitors. You are encouraged to attend at anytime and see if God may be calling you to serve Him through the Celebration Choir. - There is no audition required to join the Celebration Choir
- Age: High school seniors and older
- Our regular rehearsal is Tuesday night from 7:00 – 8:30pm
- A nursery is provided at all of our rehearsals.
- We sing and lead in worship every Sunday at the 11:00am Worship Service.
Celebration Band and Orchestra
This group accompanies all singing in our regular 11:00am Worship service and special events throughout the year. We have a dynamic rhythm section and have begun to add brass, woodwinds, strings and percussion instruments with a goal of having a full orchestra. Playing in the Celebration Orchestra is a wonderful way to use the talents and skills God has given you. What better way to use these gifts then to help lead in the worship of God every week! We are always seeking new orchestra members. Maybe you played in the high school or college band and have not played for several years. Why not dust the horn and begin to use those skills and play in the church orchestra? Visitors are welcome at our Tuesday night rehearsals. - Age or Audition? There is no age requirement and a formal audition is not required. However, each musician must be able to play the music to a reasonable degree of proficiency.
- Orchestra Rehearsal is held on Tuesday night from 6:00 – 7:00pm.
- A nursery is provided.
- We lead in worship every week at the 11:00 am service on Sunday.
Praise Team
The Praise Team is a small group of singers, that along with the Celebration Choir, help to lead our church in worship each week. They sing vocal parts and have an extra rehearsal each week. All Praise Team members are also members of the choir.
The Living Christmas Tree
God has blessed FBCR with an outreach event like the Living Christmas Tree, where thousands of people come to our church to experience the Christmas story told through the use of music and drama. There are many ways our church family can get involved in this great outreach event.
